Gorgeous boot, very dressy
" This boot is just how it's pictured — a dressy, shiny leather with a narrower, more feminine heal and nice buckle details at the top. I plan on wearing these boots to work with button up shirt or a nice sweater and a dress skirt since the shine of the leather evokes a more upscale appearance; they're not so much a casual boot. They are very comfortable and true to size. For a 4" heal I would say they are comfortable. My only complaint is there is no grip on the sole; the bottom of the boots are slick and one could easily slip. I'll add those traction adhesive-back things. Overall, an excellent buy and a very fair price to pay for an all-leather boot—there's not a patch of faux leather on these babies so the price is very reasonable. Very elegant!!! They seem to be well-made so I expect them to last a long while. "

Nice
" The boots are very nice looking and versatile enough to go with many outfits. The calf circumfrence was wide, even a bit wider than I needed. I usually have a hard time zipping up boots over my athletic calves. These worked, and I even have room to tuck slim jeans in too. My only real complaint is that the leather is very thin and has little structure. It feels very much like pleather, but looks like leather, if that makes sense. I wish that around the ankle would have been a bit tighter, there is some sagginess to it. "
