Great Investment
"I love these boots. They're real leather and I can wear them all day without my feet hurting. They do stretch quite a bit after wearing just one time, so order a half size smaller. I ordered an 81/2 and probably should have ordered an 8, but I still love them. I wear thick socks with them and my feet stay warm in the cold weather. I definitely recommend this boot. They might be more expensive, but they are so worth it. I get so many compliments!"

Gorgeous!
"I have wanted these for so long and finally pulled the trigger. I absolutely love them. I read reviews for these everywhere and based on them I ordered a whole size down and they are perfect. They really stretch to your feet and I love that they are narrow around the calf. I can wear them with skinny jeans despite the smaller circumference. They also look beautiful with dresses and I wear them under boot cut jeans too! These will last for many years. I love them."

BEST BOOTS EVER!
"This is by far the best shoe purchase I have EVER made. I have pretty skinny legs, and the boots fit perfectly over my calves with jeans on (for those of you with skinny calves, you know this rarely happens). I'm 5'8'' and the boots fit great as far as length goes - they could be a few inches longer and still not hit the bottom of my knee. The leather is great - I finally found a boot without that shiny pleather-y look to it. If you have any hesitations about buying this boot, don't! Just get them - you will NOT regret it! Side note: I typically wear a size 8, and I bought a 7.5 in these boots. The 8's were roomy (length-wise) when I tried them on in the store. The size (or half-size) down will feel tight at first, but the boots will start to wear in and fit to your foot after a few wears. Highly recommended!"

Too tall
"I ordered these boots online and was so excited to get them, but when they came I was so disappointed because the shaft was too tall and I can't wear them. I am 5'2 1/2 and have never had this issue before. They are beautiful boots and I am heartbroken having to send them back."

AMAZING BOOTS
"I love my Spirt boots! What a great company, I checked out their website and I want all their other boots too. I get compliments all the time on these shoes and I always want to wear them because they are so comfortable.
The buttons on the side are adorable, and actually functional and there is also a side zipper for taking the boots on and off. I believe that these shoes are going to last me for years and years to come."

Gorgeous, well made
"I just got the boots and they are as gorgeous as they appear online. I've been wearing them around my house for a couple of hours. They are getting more comfortable by the minute!
My only caution is that they have basically no insole, so if you have a high arch or other foot issues like I do, you will want to add your own insole. I am wearing mine with a custom Dr. Scholls because my arch is very high. Since these boots do run a bit long (about a size) there is probably room for you to add an insole but you may want to buy your usual size instead of sizing down. They are not wider than normal, however, only longer. I normally wear size 11 but bought 10 and I think it's going to work. On me, with the heavy duty insoles, these boots are snug over the arch on first wearing but I expect they will end up fitting like a glove.
The leather is heavy enough that the boots will not sag (I hate when they do that) but still flexible enough to move with my foot and leg and not bind at the ankle. The buttons on the side are real, with button holes (not that you'd ever use them, but it's a nice touch) and metal.
I am 6 ft with extremely long legs and these boots come to about 3 inches below my knee (They are 16 inches high, not 14 as stated on this site - and I was hoping/expecting that from seeing these boots listed elsewhere as having a 16 in. shaft.) On an average sized woman these would be right up to the knee.
I have 15 inch calves and these are the perfect size for me to wear with tights or leggings but I don't think I'll be getting jeans in there. These are pretty enough to wear with casual skirts and dresses and that's what I wanted. Love them!"

Cute, but no go
"I love the picture of these boots. The studs on the side-super cute. I went into the store to try these on an I'm glad I did. I'm usually a 8.5, so that's what I grabbed. They were a half size too big. So tried the 8. Much better fit. I utimately decided against them because of the leather. It was very stiff and the somewhat pointed toe made my foot look longer. I was bummed, they are very cute."

Beautiful, but not great for narrow calves
"These are gorgeous, well-crafted boots, but they are not QUITE as attractive as the Sandra boots by the same company (which are the same price). They are very pretty, but the leather is stiffer and not quite as flattering to narrow-calved women like me... They made my ankles look wider than they actually are because they aren't as tapered at the ankle as the other boots. I'll probably return these and get the Sandra boots in brown instead. However, for people with normal-width calves, I think that these boots would be superb- they really are just as pretty in person as they are in the pictures."
