""Just received the size 13 today. As soon as I removed them from the box I noticed two things - 1. They are beautifully crafted. 2. They are HUGE. Size 13 is easily a 14-14.5 when I put them next to my other size 13's. Unless you have a foot that runs slightly larger than a normal 13, order the 12. The rest of the fit is true to the scale.""

Burnished? Not So Much!
"This is a well made shoe, however, the burnishing effect is not to my liking. It looks more like defects in the leather or discoloration which I don't like especially for the price. I bought the shoe for my boyfriend and neither of us is pleased with the outcome even after returning the shoe for a replacement which was worse than the first pair we received."

Great Shoes!
"Great pair of shoes! It is nearly impossible to find good shoes that are all leather (leather upper and leather soles). These are great so far, still breaking them in. Love the classical styling. Getting lots of compliments."

Very European
"Mercanti Fiorentini shoes are of outstanding quality and workmanship. I bought a pair of black wingtip shoes in the store when I saw them. I went in for boots (which I did buy as well), but saw these shoes and had to have them. When I saw these two-tone shoes on the web-site, once again I had to have them. They run pretty much true to size, slightly narrow, but still quite comfortable. They are more "burnished" then I expected giving an antiqued look that I'm still on the fence about. The look is very Italian, very stylish and quite stunning. They do have a different look and I'm glad I ordered them."
