The third time is the charm...
" I ordered these in black and received the gray (which is really taupe). I called and reordered the black and received another pair of gray boots. Okay, now I'm very annoyed, not only because I received the incorrect color, but because I thought the boots would sell out in my size (which I see they have). I called again and told them the situation. Customer service put a note on my order and had them pull the boots and check them before shipping. It took a little longer, but I finally received the black boots. I suspect that they had them coded wrong in the system or that they were in the wrong place in the warehouse. Now have three pairs of boots! Anyone need gray in size 8? I have two pairs - LOL! I will be returning the gray boots. Although it was annoying, thanks DSW for the great customer service! Anyway, they are cute, comfortable and warm! "

Love them but wrong color
" I love love these boots. I ordered them in Taupe BUT what I got was black :@(! When I tried to purchase the black ones online I couldn't due o it being sold out....hmmmmm! Although I had already purchased a pair of over the knee blk boots I kept these too because they're soooo HOTT. I cant wait to pair them with a pair of jeggings or a sweater dress. "

not what i expected
" I bought these in black online - now that i have them i think the taupe would look better - the material looks worn. The zipper also is just a decoration, it doesn't unzip. There are also 2 sets of snap buckles - the lower set is fine, but the top set wraps around the widest part of my calf, and constantly popped open when i walked. Now i don't have skinny calves, but i've never had a problem with over-knee boots - so i wouldn't recommend it for people with wider calves "
