Ouch
"These shoes are very cute, but they do run short and narrow. I could barely squeeze into them. Since they do not come in wide width or 1/2 sizes, you may have to go a whole size up for them to fit."

Adorable Flat But Dreadful to Wear
"I love the style of these shoes, but I dread the thought of wearing them. The first time I put them on I could only wear them for 5 minutes. I don't know if the shoes run too short or too narrow, but they feel extremely tight around my feet. I'm not giving up on the shoes because they are so cute. I bought products to prevent blisters and I was able to get through an 8 hour work day where I was mostly sitting. I'm hoping if I wear them a few more times they will stretch out enough that they become comfortable."

Chelsea Crew Lovely Flat
"I purchased the mustard colored pair of flats. They are pretty comfy and class up casual outfits. I really like that the color isn't too bright and flashy but it still brings color to an outfit."

Cute and tiny
"These were exactly what I was looking for, but were way too small and therefore extremely uncomfortable. I have a few pairs of Chelsea Crew and these seemed a lot smaller than all the others I have in the same size."

High class flat
"The leather is beautiful on this shoe and looks more expensive than it was. A clearance item because it was a small size but perfect for my wife. Only con is that the heel bites a tad if she were to wear for a while so we got her some heel gel stick-ons for extra padding. Now its perfect."

Solid work shoe
"Bought for work to have a simple, brown pair of flats. Was not disappointed. No break-in period required.
Based on other reviews, I ordered a half-size larger than normal, and it worked."

Not as expected
"On a seemingly endless search for simple, brown flats, I encountered these online and thought they might be my answer. When the shoes came in the mail, I was immediately disappointed in the color. While in the picture they look "brown" they are more grey than anything else. Still thinking I could salvage the purchase, I tried them on and couldn't even fit my whole foot in the shoe (I typically wear size 8 and purchased size 8). Soon returned them and have continued my search."

Great Work Shoes
"They are pretty good work shoes. They are the only flats that I did not have to break in. They are a little narrow but overall still very comfortable for standing and running around all day."

"every pair of Chelsea crew shoes I have tried are 1 size too small. These are a little stiff so they will need to be worn in to become comfortable."
