Lightweight shoes
" Yes they are lightweight; and ventilated. The shape of the toe box is tapered which makes them a little short or narrow; ie, order with that in mind. I wear 7.5, but an 8 would have been better. "

Gr8 workout shoe
" I've had different workout shoes and found these to be very comfortable. I have bad knees and a bad back and my feet are very important to my exercise. These are sleek and easy to travel with as I like to workout when I travel as well to stay on track. They are actually stylish and show well. "
