"The toe box is a lot bigger than I'm used to, but the middle of the shoe is narrow so I went up a 1/2 size. So far I'm pleased with the shoe!"

So Cute

"I get lots of compliments on these shoes, from all ages even. They are comfy. Don't be intimidated by the intense pink; bright colors are the trend right now, and they are not too obnoxious or bold. Even my mom and mother-in-law think they are cute. The size runs just as expected and like all athletic shoes I get, they need to brake in behind the ankle. Overall, I love them."

Why did Nike break what wasn't broken?

"Nike, and the Pegasus in particular, have always been my go-to brand and shoe when I needed extra comfort and cushioning. It fit my orthotic perfectly and the thicker cushioning in the heel was able to handle the abuse that my feet take during running, walking, and crosstraining. For some reason, Nike abandoned that goal and moved toward a minimalist type of lineup that they claim has better cushioning and support but doesn't work for heifer runners like me. As I sit here wearing my Pegs 28, it pains me to say that I have to abandon the Nike brand altogether moving forward because it no longer serves my needs. Sad, very sad."
