NOT ADJUSTABLE
" I GAVE THESE SHOES A 3 BECAUSE THEY ARE REALLY CUTE HOWEVER THE STRAPS ARE NOT AJUSTABLE AND ONE OF THEM WAS BIG ON ME ,SO I HAD TO RETURN THEM :( "
