cool
" This was the first shoe I decided to buy on line. The shape is nice it looks better on line. I bought it for work. I walk and stand a lot but need to look fabulous. I wore it all day but by 3pm it got a bit uncomfortable. I feel it will break in. My feet are a bit wide so if I were to buy another colour in it I would go up half a size. "

Looks Great! Blisters.
" I wanted to love this shoe because of the reviews! Need a comfy shoe for a conference- Looong days in heels. I thought these would be perfect. Wore them for a trial run and had blisters and pain within 2 hours. Thanks to my local DSW for returning them!!! You're the BEST! "

Wanted to love them, but too loose
" These looked lovely online - bought them, and they kept sliding off my feet. Runs at least 1/2 size too large. My local store didn't have the next smaller size, so I just returned them and got something else. "
