Need breaking in
"The shaft is a little too tall (comes up to the bottom of my knee). And it seems like they will take awhile to break in but they are too cute! I had to get them."

fun yet not over the top
"I like this rain boot because it is fun but not over the top in design that I feel silly wearing it around downtown in my suit. The shaft is longer than some so you have to roll your pants around your leg when putting them on or they will come out wrinkled. It also took a few minutes to get used to driving in them because of how tall they are and where they choose to flex when you move your foot. Finally, they are not insulated and I ordered a size 8 (normally wear 8.5 thanks to other reviewers) and have plenty of room for thick socks."

"Cute, cute rain boot and surprised at how comfy too. Got it in the green to match with a plaid green scarf. The green is nice, not a loud color. Very stylish."

Splish Splash!
"Super cute and comfy! I normally wear size 11 and a 10 in this boot fits perfectly, so Yes, they do run long. I am tall so the height does not bother me, but I can imagine for a short person they could be a little stiff and uncomfortable. They are really cute and worth the money. I could not WAIT for a rainy day to come after I ordered these. :-)"

Just Basic Rubberboots
"If you are looking for basic rubber rainboats that is easy to pull off, these boots are it. There are no buckles or zippers with these boots. These boots don't have a cloth, fleece, or sock inside. Make sure you wear socks on cool days. The boots are knee-high so you don't have to about your legs getting wet. These boots have a plaid style which is nice instead of a solid color boots. I was able to stick most of my thick pants and jeans inside these boots."

huge disappointment
"Extremely low quality, very thin shaft, no lining. The calf circumference was 2" bigger than the number given in the boots description, on top of everything. The boots are basically made for humongous calves, but not listed as wide-calf size. First bad experience with a DSW purchase for me, though, so it's OK..."

"Love these boots! They are a wise investment, in my opinion, considering it's price and material. It's made of really durable material, so it will last a long time.
My only complaint is that it's a tad high. I'm 5'2" and if I sit, the top of the boot pokes right into the back of my knee. If it were one inch shorter, it would be absolutely perfect. If you're on the short side, I'd recommend you trying it on in the stores first."

143 Girl Stormee Plaid Rain Boot RED/NAVY
"I looove these, I wear size 8.5 and the size 8 rain boots fit great. Originally bought the Chooka Top Solid boots but the 10" shaft came up too short on my 5'6" frame. At the store I found the Stormee and the 14" shaft is perfect. My calves measure 13.5" and these boots have inches of space to spare: thick socks + jeans + bigger calves would definitely all fit in the Stormee. I do wish these had a buckle so I could cinch them a bit, but they are rain boots after all and fashion is not the primary focus. My only concern is the acrylic(?) material they are made of, I couldn't find other reviews of these online to give me an idea of their longevity."
