Good for running, walking, hiking.
" I wore these to and from work (5 mi walk) through an urban setting because I thought I needed to break them in before going on a 10 mi hike the following weekend. That was unnecessary. The 5 mile walk was very comfortable from start to finish.
The the 10 mi hike was a 3000 ft incline from base of the trail over dirt, rocks, and anything else I could throw at it. There were parts were I needed to scale, run, and jump through. (No climbing, just really really steep trails) These shoes had really good traction and I never lost a step. Excellent shoes! I think I'll buy an extra pair. :)
I can wear them on my walks to work, and on hikes. Very versatile. "

Great running shoes.
" Saucony is the only brand of running shoes that I can wear immediately, with no break-in time. These shoes are perfect for my 5-6 mile daily run. They're comfortable, and are so far withstanding the rough terrain on which I run. Great shoes. "
