Combat Love
"I purchased a different boot and I saw these... These are awesome! I love the way they fit, the color (I got the dark brown) which goes w/ most everything. It's pretty comfy, too, considering I have 2 kids under the age of 5!"

Not for skinny legs
"I have thin/skinny legs and these boots were fairly loose around my ankles. They are made of synthetic materials and look like it. I thought the quality was low and not worth the price of the boot."

"Love these combat boots! They don't look too large on my slim frame and they're very comfortable too! I've worn them in the rain and they've held up well through that in addition to my wearing them all day for running errands. Definitely would recommend to a friend."

"These boots are exactly what I wanted. I have them in black and I wear them with everything. Only downside, the right shoe's tongue is sewn in crooked. It doesn't bother be since I don't tie them, but it should not be sewn that way."

Great look
"I chose this shoe because of the price and great color. I've known Madden Girl shoes to run a bit smaller (and uncomfortable) so I was skeptical. Given my presumptions, I was not disappointed. But I love them so much I look passed that. I love the zipper on the side (great for putting on and off) and they are a great "go-to" shoe. I prefer to wear them with stockings."

"My daughter had been looking for a pair of boots similar to the boots that Katniss wore in the Hunger Games. When I saw the Madden Girl Gamer Combat Boot, I knew these were the ones. She is normally a size 8 1/2 and they are true to size. She wears them with leggings, skirts and dresses. They look fantastic on and she tells me that they are very comfortable!"

cheaply made, deteriorate quickly

"I have trouble finding shoes that fit as I have big, narrow feet (size 10.) These boots are very flattering and comfy- I love the look! However, the heel wore down very quickly (I had it replaced) and then the zipper came apart (very cheap zipper). Now they are useless. (See photo of broken zipper.)"
