Confused
" I loved these boots when i saw them and the price was unbeatable. When they arrived i could appreciate a boot that can fit my big calf but these have way to much leather. It makes my leg look like a cankle! I tried to see if they could get taken in at a leather store and it was a no go. Im heat broken that i have to return them. These had the potential to be a sexy boot "

Ugh...
" I have never been more disappointed in something I ordered. This is not advertised as wide-calf, but an adult elephants leg could fit. Then there is another 3 to 4 inches folded up behind the 'side tie'. I have never seen a more hideous boot....... "

I wanted to love this boot
" And I did, until I put them on. They are great quality, nice leather, but the fit is a little weird for me. The calf is pretty wide, and even though it's adjustable (the tie at the top tightens it), it still has so much leather that it bunches up and just isn't flattering. They almost seemed....a little like "pirate" boots, lol! The fit in the foot itself was great, true to size. But the calf portion just didn't look right (and I have wider calves, too), so unfortunately these are going back. :( "
