Great @ the gym
" These are very comfortable, yet supportive. I use them for a weightlifting class, as well as boot camp. They look and feel great. "

great shoes
" This is my second pair of Rykas & I really like them. They're super lightweight and comfortable. I usually wear at 7.5 (and ordered a 7.5) and they just fit. If you are borderline with sizes, go with the larger of the 2. Otherwise, they're great! "
