" I really wanted to love these boots! They are very cute and the color is a darker cognac. The color is lighter towards the top of the boot and gets darker, giving it a rustic, ombre look. the boots themselves are very comfortable and different. When i tried them on with my skinny jeans, I realized the circumference of the shaft is too small and won't allow for jeans to sink into it easily. My jeans started bunching up around the shaft and it was not a good look. I tried these on w/leggings and it looked great. If you own lots of jeggings and leggings, these are the boots for you. However, if you plan to wear these primarily with skinny jeans, I'd keep looking. "
