Ankle band too big
"I bought these and was afraid of the "one size fits all" ankle band. I was right, they don't fit. Length and width wise they are fine, but the ankle band is so wide that my foot comes right out of the heel. Going back. They are cute, but just not for me."

Steve does it again!
"I think this was the 6th Steve Madden heel added to my collection. SUPER cute, SUPER comfy. Around the toes it's a bit of a squeeze, but you just move the bands around and they fit. I normally wear a 7.5, but when I tried the shoe on in the store, a 7 was definitely needed."

Cute
"I ordered these in the off white/tan color. They were super cute, but I took the advice of other reviews and got them a half size smaller than my normal size. That was a mistake. They were definitely too small. I had to return them and ended up purchasing the same show in black from another retailer (DSW was sold out). They are really cute and perfect for spring/summer. I highly recommend, but get your usual size!"

Annoying ankle strap
"I got the shoe in lavender. The look of this shoe is darling but the ankle strap annoyed the crud out of me! It move up and down as I walked brushing against the back of my ankle. I found them difficult to walk in because the ankle strap was loose but the heel is high. So my food was sliding forward. Had to return them. :("
