Perfection!
"This boot is exactly what I was looking for! Beautiful detailing in the stitching on the top of the boot and up the lacing. Supple, soft leather-like material on the outside, and a soft lining as well. Good snug fit all the way up (with adjustable laces) and hits me perfectly under the knee. It's a tiny bit wide in the ankle, but actually is perfect to layer in warm socks and still have mobility.
Only real downside is a lack of tread on the bottom of the pretty wooden sole, so beware of ice! Otherwise, I am in LOVE with this boot. I may have to purchase them in brown now......"

cute but not cute
"I bought this shoe in golden and not the black. I thought it looked cute in picture but it seemed a bit brighter in person. I am 5'2 and when I sat down, I was crunching the top of the leg part of the boot behind my knee. That bothered me a lot because the material is kind of stiff and I am sure a big ugly crease will be visible over time. Over all, it felt cheesy wearing it. Maybe if it was a darker color, it'd be ok on the eyes or else you'll look like you're wearing really, really tall Timberland boots."

Love these
"Just got these yesterday. They are very classic vintage looking. I wore them with a vintage lace skirt and sweater and got so many compliments. They are comfortable and buttery soft . I can also see these paired with leg warmers. Well worth the price!"

I love these knee high boots!
"I have always been nervous to buy shoes online, but I really wanted these boots and they did not offer them at the store in town. I read all of the reviews and they were so positive about the boots, I went for it! I have not regrets buying these boots! I love that they are knee high and lace up the front, the zipper goes down far enough there isn't any awkward tugging to get your foot out of the boot.
They one issue I have had so far is the bottom of the boot is very hard so it doesn't leave much flexibility if you step on a rock or pebble, you definitely will feel it. And because it is a hard bottom, it is very slippery, so this is not a good boot to for working in or running around on ice. There is a section on the back of the heel for grip and it is very soft and little pebbles/thorny objects have gotten stuck on the grip part.
Style wise I love the look and color of the boots! They really have added the needed touch to my wardrobe this fall/winter."

Cute boots but bad quality
"Ordered 7.5 since they don't have 7. Was very excited when I receive them because they were really cute! It fits well even though I usually wear size 7. The calf is still slightly loose even though I wore with my jeans. HOWEVER, after only wore it once, one of the boot was already falling apart (sole detaching from the top part). The sole was also cheap.. there's no grip at all and I wouldn't wear it on rainy days. Anyways, I was very glad I was able to return the boots (I mean.. the quality is absolutely unacceptable). Love DSW customer service.
Guess I'll have to look for another pair of laced-up boots for the season :("

"I really liked these boots. Super cute and comfy. Love the price, and quality too. For the price? Wow. The inside is lined with a very soft fabric. They were just a little too baggy at the ankle for me."

"I am normally a very solid size 8, and I ordered these in an 8.5. They fit perfectly with space for warmer socks! So comfortable, and look great with skinny jeans. They are a little looser in the calf than I would have hoped, but all around a really cute, really comfortable boot."
