Bad design!

"I really was hoping for the pocketbook I love. The color was not brown more of a dark red. The shoulder strap way to short. Could not even get it over my coat. Sorry to say this made me go ugg. I expected so much more for my money so sad. I did like the side pockets but not for that money. Went back."
