Comfy and cute, but straps break!

" The first pair I received after ordering these shoes on the website, came damaged and obviously worn. The back strap was ripped on both shoes. Customer service was great and sent me a new pair right away. A month later, the strap on the right shoe broke. The same place where the first pair of defective shoes were broken. The fit was perfect and I was just walking when it "popped" and broke. Buyer beware! "

love it...but it runs small
" I love this shoe, but it runs at least 1/2 size small. Great fabric, style and color. Would have been very comfortable in the correct size. "
