My favorite store!
" I have been shopping at DSW for sometime now. Mostly because the wide selection of shoes and purses are both affordable and fabulous and the staff are fun, friendly and helpful! I recently ordered this shoe as a bridesmaids shoe for my upcoming wedding. Being that I have 9 bridesmaids in different states, I figured DSW would be a good place to order from because I trust their services. When I called customer service, the woman I spoke with was so wonderful! She answered all of my needs AND when she found out how many I was planning to order, she went above and beyond and researched how many were carried in stock and if they would be restocking in the future. She expressed interest in the wedding which made it feel like I was talking to a friend rather then a business. It's nice to be served by employees who all seem to take pride in what they do. I received my order in a few short days, just as beautiful as I expected, and my girls love them!!! Thank you for everything!!! "
