Not what I expected

"Like the other customer that reviewed this item, I ordered them in brown, but they arrived in black! My foot fit well in the bottom of the shoe (they seem true to size in that respect) but the rest of the boot was way too big. I have average sized calves and I was just swimming in these boots from the ankle to the top of the boot. The material is a good quality and the design is very cute. Unfortunately I will be returning these boots because I don't need another pair of black boots and they are just too big."

DSW sent black boots, not brown!

"I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of these boots for a couple of weeks. When they finally arrived, I was disappointed to open the box and find a pair of black boots staring at me. I had clearly ordered brown, and all of my paperwork said brown, but here they were... A pair of black boots. I called DSW and was told that they are now sold out of the brown boots in my size. Now I have to deal with shipping the boots back and hope that they don't improperly charge me for return shipping, too. I am so disappointed in DSW. That being said, the boots look like are good quality and will be comfortable; I just don't need any more black riding boots."
