disappointed

"I was disappointed when I opened the box. Personally, the design and dimensions do not work for me. The purse is narrow and deep, I would struggle to find things. The strap is flat and wide, perfect for a shoulder bag, very hard to hold by your hand. It appears like you could use it both ways, but your really can not."
