It's the ribbon..
" Please change the ribbon !! I ordered the beige. But as some reviews stated, you have to pull the ribbon very tight to tighten the shoe. I thought about replacing the ribbon with something esle because I like the shoe that much. I returned them though. Change the ribbon and you will have a complete winner ! "

" I bought these shoes (champagne color) for a wedding I was invited to with my male friend and the shoes are to die for!!! Soooo many compliments and my friend couldn't keep his eyes off me! "

Cute Lace up Shoes
" These were very cute!! I just wish there was more support. When I laced and tied them the shoe felt very loose. I didn't like that I had to tie them extremely tight to keep them from slipping while I walked. I returned these. "
