Disappointing
" I'm really not a good online shopper, but thought I would give DSW a shot. It is just too hard to determine quality, and most importantly COMFORT online. As I feared, this experience was no different than with other products. This shoe really did not fit well. In defense, I have a high arch which makes my shoe shopping a bit more difficult. I was disappointed that the platform of the shoe is very hard ( plastic) with no padding of any kind. Also, the straps and embellishments were cheap looking, which is my opinion of the shoe in general. I do LOVE my DSW shoe store however, after all it is full of beautiful SHOES!!! So much variety and inventory, I will no doubt find a great pair to replace these. See you there. "
