cute, but need to break in
"I love a t-strap and I love shoes in fun colors, so when I saw these I bought them in both the red and the blue. I got so many compliments on both when I wore them to work! However, they are not the most comfortable shoes and need some breaking in. My little toe felt squished and I had blisters on the back of my heel where it rubbed against the skin all day. You might want to buy some shoe cushions just in case!"

Can't part with these adorable shoes
"I ordered what ended up being the last pair in the yellow option of this shoe... According to the sizing chart the shoe should have fit well--but I have to say I think the size runs a tad small. Half sizes weren't available in the line or I would have ordered a half size up to make sure of a good fit. Nonetheless, once I tried on the shoes with several outfits from skirts to slacks, I simply couldn't part with them. They are super cute and pretty comfortable despite the bit of squeeze. The color is unique and fun while still neutral enough to go with plenty of outfits."

Great Shoes
"I am a huge fan of all things Chelsea Crew. I own these shoes in Mustard and Blue, and they get tons of compliments. The heel is sturdy and supportive, but the tapered shape is still flattering. I wear them dancing, and find that I can do all of my usual moves and always feel balanced and secure. The only thing to be aware of is that they are very stiff at first, so you'll want to wear them with socks or stockings a few times before you wear them barefoot to avoid blisters."

Cute and a bit of a heel for work!
"This is my first Chelsea Crew shoe - and I love it. I wanted a cute, closed-toe shoe that was comfy, with a heel but not too high. I always think I want a high heel but then I don't wear them to work. But these have a maybe 1.5-2 inch heel that is a bit wider so really stable and comfy. Just gives me a little lift but comfy so I'll still wear them. I always wear a 7.5 in shoes, but they only had a 7 and an 8, so I went with 8 and it's perfect. So I would vote to go 1/2 size up. I fell in love with the blue color at first site. You don't see a lot of shoes that color - lots of reds and blacks and browns, but this vibrant blue is a great pop of color!"

Extremely uncomfortable
"I fell in love with these shoes after searching for ages for t-strap maryjanes with a short heel, and bought them in blue after reading all of the great reviews. When I received them I found that they run a little long, there is no padding to make the insoles comfortable, the buckles felt very cheap and flimsy, and the topline is extremely sharp."

Chelsea Crew Malibu Pump in Blue
"I bought these shoes for my wedding, and I fell in love with them as soon as I took them out of the box! They are very comfortable for a dressy shoe, a beautiful color (looks just like the picture). And the material is very soft and luxurious. I don't buy heels very often and am not sure if this is normal, but the soles are kind of slippery and will need to be scuffed up some if you intend to walk on smooth surfaces. I followed the advice of previous reviewers and ordered a half size up. I'm glad I did or they might have been too tight. Now I have a good bit of wiggle room. I can't wait to wear these to my wedding!!"

every girl needs red shoes
"Love the red pump! The heel height is great for work and it's still comfortable. The thicker heel and buckle also make the shoe stable. I didn't like it with skinny jeans, but it's great with dress pants or a skirt."

Love them!
"This shoe has the perfect heel height...they are super cute, yet you are not going to kill yourself trying to walk in them. They look and feel like the perfect swing dancing shoe, and for the price they actually seem to be of very nice quality. One thing though, I have small, narrow feet, so I figured these would fit just right since most reviewers found them slightly too narrow...but interestingly enough they are still slightly loose in the width as well as the length, but not uncomfortably so. I can foresee that they might rub a little bit on my ankle bones, because they are slightly big, but once they are broken in I think they will be fine. Overall, I'm pretty excited about these shoes and may end up getting the other colors too.
P.S. I am slightly annoyed at the reviewing process at DSW...no two reviewers can have the same name?? My first nickname I put was too short and then my actual name was already taken..."

Too narrow
"I am usually a size 6/6.5/37, and I ordered these in 6, they are adorable but run narrow, I have to squeeze my toes in ordered to get in, I am afraid they are not meant for long hours of walking, sizing up might be a good option but I don't feel like to go through the exchanging process."

I am INLOVE
"I always wanted a pair of T-strap Mary Janes and the moment I saw this pair of shoes, I knew I had to have them! I got them in blue and it's exactly what it looks like online, not too bright and not too muted either....just simply perfect. I'm usually either 5.5 or 6 and the size 6/ size 37 fits me perfectly but again, Chelsea Crew sizing varies depending on the shoe so be warned (And thank goodness for free return shipping!). Perfect heel height and width for my slightly wide feet. I want them in other colors now! Overall, BUY IT!"

"These shoes are really comfy and cute! Got them in black size 9! I'm usually a size 8.5 so I got the 9, and it fits perfect! My feet are not too wide or skinny, and it was just right! I would recommend for this shoe a 9 for people who are 8.5, no smaller! However, not all Chelsea Crews fit the same so, thats just for this shoe!"

Adorable!
"So feminine, retro and cute. The heel height is perfect and so easy to wear. I got the yellow and it's definitely a strong mustardy yellow. Love it. The back of the heel is stiff but I hope they'll soften with wear. I wish they came in half sizes---I usually wear 8.5 or 9---I got a 9 and they're a teensy bit big. Nothing a shoe insert can't fix. Can't wait to wear them."

"I just received these in the mail and I love them already! I'm almost always a size 8.5, but since they don't have half sizes I ordered a size 9. They fit perfectly, with just enough room to wear tights with them if I choose. I haven't worn them for an extended period of time but they are very comfy and I'm excited to wear them out!"
