cute dress-bootie
"I ordered these in burgundy since they were out of the other colors. I normally don't wear heels, but as far as a heeled shoe goes this one is fairly comfortable. I had the back sole replaced with a rubber sole to get more traction. They are versatile because they are both casual and dressy, so they never look out of place no matter what you're wearing."

Comfortable and quirky - perfect combo
"I needed a low-heeled bootie to wear around town on a trip to NYC. I knew I'd be doing some dressed-up walking and these were perfect. So comfortable and cute! And suited my weird style. Plenty of room in the toe and needed no breaking-in."

"The shoes are very cute and stylish, but the material just looks way too cheap, like plastic almost. Not worth how much they cost. I'll be returning them.
They're definitely a little roomy too, so you might want to size down."

"Very comfy item. Perfect for work and very casual too! With jeans FABULOUS!! And at the end of the day you still feel that you can wear them for extra hours. The item came unexpectedly very soon! Casual and formal combined in one shoe! I will try them with a skirt for sure I will look trendy!"

Very Chic and Comfy Shoes!
"I bought these shoes in the cognac color, and they're absolutely lovely shoes! Although the color was a lot lighter than the picture showed on the website, it didn't bother me. The shoes are incredibly comfortable, and as a girl with very wide feet, I was pleasantly surprised to see that these shoes didn't weren't narrow at all! They also have an interesting "Victorian Era" feel to them, which is really beautiful."

Really wanted to like it
"I really wanted to like these shoes-
but when I received them in the mail they were big for my feet.

Get one size smaller
"Love these shoes just make sure to buy one size smaller than you normally wear. Way too loose. So cute though. Shame I have to return them."

fit is off
"Like another reviewer said, the fit on these shoes is completely off. I ordered a size 39 since I normally wear an 8, but when I tried them on, they were at least a half size, if not a full size too big. I came back here to reorder one size down and everything is sold out! They're not available within 100 miles of me either. So disappointed! The shoes are awesome though. They're very well made and super cute. I am afraid that the laces will fall apart, but they can be replaced easily. I'm really hoping they restock the size I need soon!"

cute, but not the best fit
"These booties are cute, but after trying a few pairs of booties over the years, I think that I am coming to terms with the fact that booties are really not my favorite style of boot. These shoes appear to be well made, so I would recommend them to others (especially bootie lovers)!
However, at least for me, I think the fit was kind off. This may be because they are sized in European sizes, but that also just be my justification for an 8 (equivalent to a 39 based on sizing conversion charts) not quite fitting like most other 8-sized shoes do for me. The laces are a cute tough, but the shoe in general is surprisingly a little heavy, especially based on its size. The 39 was a bit too roomy, even in thick socks, and I found it sort of difficult to walk in such a roomy shoe. Maybe a 38 would have been better? I returned my size 39 pair and opted for a full-sized boot that I will likely get a lot more wear out of.
For those who have more patience in terms of sizing discrepancies and also who like the bootie look (they are quite Victorian in my opinion)-- you should give these a try!"
