very comfortable for walking
" This is the second pair of Ryka sneakers that I own and I will not buy another brand of sneakers again for walking. They are so comfortable! These particular Ryka sneakers feel like slippers. The back of the sneaker by the ankle is extremely soft so there is no rubbing. Love these! "

Great shoe.
" I bought these shoes for my Zumba classes based on reviews I'd read. I have been wearing Ryka Studio D shoes for Zumba for the past couple of years and they are great but I was ready for a change. I wore these Exertion Cross Trainers for my zumba class today without breaking them in first and they are very comfortable. They slide and pivot well and support my ankles. I am usually a size 10 but I ordered size 11 based on previous Ryka purchases and they fit well, they seem a little wider than the Studio D's which is good for me as I have wide feet. These shoes got a hard workout today i'm giving them 5 stars, very comfortable. "

Perfect for Zumba
" I have three other pairs of Ryka shoes for walking and I love them, so trying their cross-training sneaker was a logical step. I was looking for something that would move smoothly across carpeting for Curves Zumba in the Circuit, and these shoes are PERFECT. The soles don't catch or jam, and the pivot point makes it easier to do quick turns and moves. Plus they are supremely comfy. I wear an 8M and these are true to size when worn with footies or a thinner Pow sock. If you like wearing a thick cushioned sock, buy at least a 1/2-size up. "
