Disappointing stains
"I love how classic and chic this bag looks. But after only a few days, it is completely stained blue from my jeans and black from my jacket. The stains won't clean off, even with leather cleaner and scuff remover. Very disappointed."

This handbag is lovely
"I love my new bag. The website listed it as tan/black. My computer screen looks white/black and that is how I received the bag. I am really pleased with it. I love that it has zippers to close both sides. The zippers really make me love this bag because I can take the subway and walk around without worrying about others having easy access to my handbag content."
