Gorgeous Rain Boots
" I'm 5'3 so the top of the boots do hit pretty high around the knee area, making it slightly difficult to bend my knees. But overall the look of the rain boots are so beautiful/sleek/good quality etc etc that I can disregard that minor problem. I would order the boots half a size/a whole size up, they are a bit difficult to remove. "
