" I had to scour the internet to find these shoes in my size after I first discovered them a few months ago on another site that has now sold out. I purchased immediately when I found them and I'm glad I did! I was hesitant at first because I have only owned one other pair of Converse in my life and they were very narrow and was turned off from this brand because of that but these are not! I am usually pretty okay in a medium width but I will get a wide width if available but these are just fine the way they are.
I like the wedge height, it's lower than another pair of wedge sneakers I own which makes these feel more casual. They're very eye-catching and looked great paired with jet black skinny jeans and a funky top from Forever 21. All laces need to be loosened or the top 5 rows need to be removed in order to slip my foot in comfortably (and then relaced if wearing them as high tops) which is a little annoying but I think it just may be me. Once unlaced to wear them down, the laces become very long, even tied in a bow twice. They don't touch the ground so they won't make you trip but they flop around and make alot of noise if you don't tuck them back into the shoe. Speaking of noise, these have a muffled, airy, squeak which I hope will dissipate with continued wear.
I was also able to fit my foot in comfortably with my Dr. Scholl's Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts.
This was my first DSW purchase and a satisfying one!
