"I realize the current trend is a very lightweight and natural feeling shoe. Historically, however, Saucony has made a VERY comfortable and cushy shoe. I expected that for this reason their version of a lightweight runner would be different. It isn't. Those who enjoy that feather light feel may really like this shoe. I gave it 4 stars since there wasn't anything wrong with them and Saucony is a great brand. They just aren't for me. I'll stick with the standard Saucony style which is more supportive and padded."
"Looking for a low-drop running shoe and ordered these after seeing great reviews. Love the 4 mm drop, heel and midfoot area, but the toebox is far too narrow for running shoes. Not sure why athletic shoe companies feel the need to squeeze the toes so much - it's not healthy for feet, especially when putting the miles on! This is so important that I knocked off 2 stars for it."
"I've been a die-hard fan of Saucony's Kinvara since it's inception. The Kinvara 4 is a solid update on the previous three models, with a lower cut, a stiffer mid-foot, and the same minimalist style. It's a fast shoe meant for those mid-distance runs, and it doesn't disappoint. It's not the most durable shoe in the Saucony stable, but what is sacrificed in durability is more than made up for in comfort and speed."
