" I've been looking for a pair of nice black leather boots for over a year. I'm petite, about 5'3", so most boots I've tried have always been too big around the calf and too tall for my calves. But these are perfect! And the quality of the boot overall is great - the leather is especially supple and pretty. I personally like that there are no buckles or overwhelming accessories on the boot as well. It seems like these are pretty true to size, as I bought a size 7 (wanted to have a little room for thicker socks in the winter) and usually wear a 6.5. "
