" Very cute and comfortable shoe. However, ordered my normal size 10 and it was way too long. Exchanged for a 9.5 and length is much better but I almost wish I had tried the 9 as well. I would recommend that you for sure order at least a 1/2 size smaller than what you normally wear. Zipper on the heel did not cause any sort of discomfort.

practical, comfortable, and cute pumps!
