Slightly Annoyed

" I bought these shoes last week and got them in the mail today. Shipping was faster than expected and I was pleased until I opened the box and looked at my new black booties. One booty (the left one) is perfect. It looks just like the picture and I am very happy with it. However, the right boot's heel is pulling apart and the glue can be easily seen from behind. Inspecting my right boot further, I noticed that two of the three buckles were wrong too. The metal pieces, that are supposed to go through the holes in the strap to secure it, were bent. I'm surprised that one of my boots is perfectly made and the other just looks thrown together and made cheaply. I'm very disappointed because most of the reviews on here are positive and it's upsetting that my review isn't the same. I will most likely be returning these... "
