Too big
" I usually wear a 10 in flats, a 9.5 in heels. I got the 10 in these, and they were so loose, they were unwearable. I swapped out the 10s for 9.5s, and they were still quite loose, even adjusting the buckle to the tightest setting. The Violette sandal, also from Cole Haan, runs big, too, but not as big as this, and they are more comfortable. I am keeping the Violettes rather than continuing to swap out sizes in this model. Disappointing. Still, the shoe is cute and seems like high quality. Just runs at least one whole size large. Size down! "
