Wrong Color Shipped, but Still Love Shoe!
" When I initially made my purchase, the only choice & pic displayed for this shoe was the sandal w/Navy stripes, so, I thought that was what I ordered, but what arrived was a shoe w/Sky Blue stripes instead(DSW has since corrected it's mistake & has now posted a pic of the correct Sky Blue kinda color after complaints based on previous reviews). I was disappointed I didn't get the Navy stripes, but I still kept this shoe anyway, because the White/Blue shoe is just as beautiful.(One bright spot, is that I was able to later purchase the Navy stripes from somewhere else). I would still recommend this shoe & DSW, please, restock this shoe in the "MINT" color!!

Poorly Executed.
" Cute shoe, fits true-to-size, however, I will have to return them because even when I secure ankle strap at it's tightest loop or hole, the ankle strap is still way too large causing strap to flop around my ankle almost like a "bangle" bracelet(not joking here...and I have thick ankles). My first time buying the Heart Soul line, and not sure if I'd purchase from them again.

Beautiful, but Poorly Executed
" There's not a lot to say about this shoe: It's gorgeous in my opinion, fits true-to-size, however, I will have to return them because the wide ankle strap is so large that it gapes at the sides(...and I have thick ankles). Would have been a "Great" shoe had the manufacturer took the time to make the larger ankle strap fit more securely & closer to the foot, but adding elastic to the inner side of strap just like they did for lower straps near the toe area.

Cute shoe with Bad Sizing Issue!
" I love the look of this shoe, however, had to return shoe twice due to sizing issue. Ordered my normal size 10, but shoe was too big, so, I sized down to a 9 1/2 & shoe was still too big. Finally, tried size 9 and it fit great, but straps of shoe are a little too wide(if you have narrow feet you will have problems with this shoe). Note to the manufacturer: Great shoe, but , please, fix the sizing issue. Potential buyer: Size down a whole size.

Beautiful, but poor Quality
" These shoes are absolutely gorgeous, but had to return them due to quality issues. There was something black along the seam, at the back of shoe; couldn't tell if the "Teal" paint had chipped or whether the adhesive used to bond the upper part of the shoe to the heel had oozed out & dried. Such a shame, because the shoe is beautiful. Also, runs large, so, size down at least 1/2 size.
