" I loved the cognac color, the many compartments, and size. However when I put my things in the bag, and tried to use it around the house, every movement I made the purse would squeak. I figured out that it was squeaking at the point where the crossbody strap was rubbing against the leather loop connecting it to the handbag.
If they had used another method of connecting the strap to the handbag, I would have kept this bag. "
