Super Win!
" This was my first time buying an over the knee boot and I definitely can say I won the lotto with this pair! They are truly over the knee. I am 5'2" and weigh 126 (on a good day). Even though the boot is wide calf, it does not slouch or tear. You can wear this with dress or jeans. I've received so many compliments. Best buy ever! Seriously though, buy these. "
