Color Issues
" Great jean boot, but I ordered the brown and was shipped black. I returned it at the Factoria WA store and the sales person was FABULOUS (Michelle). She scanned it and it came up brown even tho the label said black and the boot was black. She called the distribution center and they hand picked a brown pair to resend me. Great service!
