Poor Construction-Not Worth the Money

" I bought these shoes online and was nervous at the pointed toe because they can sometimes be tight. I was thrilled when I put them on and they fit well and were extremely comfortable.

Unfortunately, after about a week and the material started coming off the toe and looked really scuffed. Then, this morning, after only about a month of wearing them, the heel fell off. They just seem to fall apart more and more everyday. I talked to the online chat agent and they told me to either ship them back or take them to a store to return, but that they couldn't guarantee I'd get a refund if they determined this was due to normal wear and tear. After a month, I don't see how this could be normal. I'm really hoping I'm not out the cost of the shoes and stuck with shoes I can't wear. "
