LOVE these boots!!!
" Had a slight issue with the first pair (there was a staple sticking up on the inside of the boot at the heel). Went back to DSW and they were awesome about the exchange--since they didn't have any more in store they had in shipped to me. New pair is perfect and they're actually pretty comfy for a heeled boot! I usually wear an 8.5 and went with a 9 for the extra space--fits perfectly. "
