Strap falls down
" I really wanted to like these because they are super cute. But they are not made correctly. The back strap is not secured to anything so it keeps sliding down, making them too loose. Even on the tightest notch, it kept falling down.

Uncomfortable between toe!
" I bought these because of the great reviews but the pair I got was so uncomfortable between the toes, I can't imagine anyone wanting to wear these. Really thick piece of leather with ragged edges, not rolled over for comfort.

Tight and scratchy
" I bought my normal size (8) but they felt too tight, even with the strap on the last notch. So the rope straps dug into my foot a little too much and felt scratchy. Cute but unfortunately couldn't keep them. Wish they were leather instead of faux leather too, but you really can't tell.

Super cute and comfy
" It's not too often you find a sandal that's super cute, stylish and comfy, but this is it. For me, if the heel was just a half inch shorter it would be perfect. I had a hard time walking in these, even though they are comfortable, so am returning them. (But I am not used to high heels at all.)

Top/toe not adjustable
" I was so looking forward to these but they did not work for me. The top of the shoe is not adjustable, so I'm not sure why Clarks made these with a velcro strap there. Under the strap there is just a one-size-fits-all leather shoe (it's like the adjustable strap is for decoration, but it's not even cute; in fact it makes the shoe look more matronly). Anyway, my foot did not fit under the strap and it dug into the top of my foot, so need to return these. This might mean that I have a high instep, so if you have the same issue, beware. Other than that, they seem very comfortable.
