" When I got this shoe, I thought it was fabulous, however, it was cheaply made. As I unravelled the shoelaces to try them on, the little hole that secures the shoelace down on the tongue of the shoe just didn't want to stay. I would like to love this boot, but that little part that came off got me to return it for a refund. "
