Overpriced
" I bought these with a gift card, so I didn't have the same immediate hesitation that I would have with my own money, but after wearing them twice, I have regrets. The soles are sturdy and well-constructed, but the entire upper part is just...a piece of fabric. There's no structure and no support, and while they stay up over jeans, they kept falling down below my knees with tights. (I have freakishly narrow calves; this probably won't be a problem for everyone.) They look great on, and I'll continue to wear them! But I don't think they're worth the money.

Very cute, very high
" Super cute - looks exactly the way I wanted it to, and the suede is so soft. It runs a bit narrow, which is fine by me as I have narrow feet! My real problem is that block heels at this height are so hard to walk in. You're forced to clomp. If the heel were half an inch lower, it'd get five stars.

" I have admittedly quite narrow feet, and I was worried about the straps being too wide for me - and holy cow was I right. When the shoe is on, I can fit my whole hand between my foot and the top strap. It flops around with every step - my sole comes entirely off the surface. The leather is soft and lovely, and if your feet run wide (or you have a very high instep) this might be perfect for you, but I will, sadly, have to return them.

Just what I needed
" As a very pale person with long, narrow feet, I have a hard time finding black sandals that don't look awful on me - I failed entirely last summer and just went without. These finally did the trick. They're also comfortable and not flimsy. Here's hoping they last a few years!

" Comfortable and very cute. The mesh is sheerer than I expected - I can see my toes from above - and the upper part is so flexible that one is sliding a bit on my narrow heel. But the soles feel sturdy and well-made. I'm very happy with these so far.

" This is a cute, versatile shoe that I would really like - if it fit. It turns out these shoes come in European sizes, which are almost never translated correctly into American. Definitely size up! I'd exchange it for a larger size if I hadn't already tried the largest. (For the record: what they're calling 11 here is a size 41 European. 11 should actually be size 43 European.) It also runs a little narrow: I have very narrow feet for the length of them, and the width on these was perfect for me.
Also, the toe cap is more metallic black than silver. The pictures here didn't make the color clear. Very cute, exactly what I wanted - but not remotely the right size.

Great casual sandals
" These are exactly what I was looking for when I went searching for a brown sandal. I wasn't sure from the pictures how much I'd like it, but it's the closest to what I wanted they had in my size. It looks perfect on: strangely but wonderfully flattering to the foot. The leather is soft and gorgeous, too. My only complaint is that the sole is a little too flat and stiff: it suffers from that common problem among cheap sandals where it feels like you've strapped a board to your foot. But it's more comfortable than most I've seen like that and very wearable. For a cheap, casual sandal, this is pretty much perfect.

Great shoes, very high heel
" Very cute, very comfortable: great casual heels. But they are VERY high. Despite the measurements in the description, I didn't realize quite how tall the wedge would be. If you're ok wearing heels, these are great ones, as there's lots of cushioning in the sole and good support. But I'm 5'11", so these would not get a lot of wear from me. (I do frequently wear high heels, but these are just a little extreme.) They'll probably be going back just for that reason.

The perfect practical black pump
" These are the sort of stiff that feels uncomfortable when you first put them on - I was sure I was going to have to return them - but which actually offers lots of support and makes for easy long-term wear. I think they'd be more flattering to the foot if the toebox were a little bit shorter, and the seam between the plain & patent leathers runs right along the edge that's visible from above, so it makes your feet look larger. But by and large, they're comfortable, practical shoes that add just enough interest to your typical plain black pumps, and I'll have lots of use for them. Too bad I already nicked the heel (on the second day!) by slipping through a subway grate!
