Does NOT have a rubber sole
" One of the reasons I bought these boots was because in the product description, it says they have a rubber sole. The sole is made completely out of FABRIC, except for an inch of rubber on the very back of the HEEL. The arch is made of rubber. These boots are tight in the toe area, and too loose in the heel area.

Comfy soles, painful upper
" I'm very disappointed in this product. Half of the shoe is great, and the other half is a disaster. The soles are padded and feel great to stand on. Unfortunately, the tops of the shoes dug painfully into the tops of my feet and left red marks just from trying them on.

Cushioned soles, uncomfortable upper

Pinches and pulls on toes
" I've been looking for a new brand of flats and I hoped these metallic flats would work. They feel awful! My little toe was actually getting caught on the flimsy metallic material inside the shoe. They run short, they pinch my toes, and they give you toe cleavage, which I hate. They also have cheap plastic bottoms instead of rubber, which if I had known I wouldn't have ordered them.

Pinches toes, cheap plastic bottom.

Smells like rubber, Ankle strap is way too low
" These shoes look pretty, but because the ankle strap sits far below your ankle, your foot wobbles all over inside the shoe. There's no ankle support, because it can't be tightened properly. The strap is made of a stretchy material and is difficult to buckle. The shoes also have a strong rubber odor.

Shoe re-design compromises quality
" These used to be my favorite flats. Every time a pair wore out, I bought another. I work retail, and they were comfy to stand in all day. I used to recommend them to friends who work retail.
I just bought two new pairs, and they don't fit. The price is the same, but the quality is very poor. They are no longer contoured to fit your foot., and run very small. I'm very disappointed and I have no choice but to return them. "
