" I desperately needed knew running shoes and chose these based on the gel support and colors. My knees had been starting to hurt a lot running in my old shoes but I'm happy to report that my knees and feet feel great in these shoes! I keep running longer than I intend because I just feel so good. Great shoes for running on cement or on trails. Love them! "
