Cute but not comfy
" I ordered these to wear to work but I could barely walk across my living room without wanting to take them off. I have pretty narrow feet but these shoes still pinch badly at the widest part of my foot. I'm still debating if I want to return them or try to break them in....

Cute... But disappointing
" I would absolutely love these if they just fit my foot a little better. The top part of the shoe is very loose around my foot leaving gaps and allowing the shoe to rub uncomfortably. Also, the zipper on the back rubs and needs to be covered with tape or a bandaid.

Great boots
" I've been looking for the right riding boot for months and these are the winners! And I got to use my reward points so I got them $30 off! First I have to say beware of the color - In the photos it looks like more of a chocolate brown but in real life it is a lighter, orangey brown. I actually wanted a lighter boot but if you are looking for dark brown this might not be your boot. The size is true, I don't feel any pinching when I walk, the bottoms actually have grip unlike many fashion boots, I have short legs and the top of the boot hits right at the bottom of my knee cap standing.

With a little extra effort, will be comfy
" I am on my feet all day so I was looking for a shoe that would look professional but wouldn't be killing me after a few hours. I normally wear a 7.5 in boots, flats, sandals etc. but when I get heels that need to be comfortable I order an 8. I'm glad I did so with these, they are just slightly big on me. the material is quite stiff and rubs my foot in a couple places. I was already planning on putting in padded inserts so I think I will also put a little comfort tape where it rubs. The shoe looks very nice with pants or with a skirt.
