Stiff and hurts heel
" I bought these and also purchased heel liners to see if they would help. I have since tried them on a couple times to wear out of the house and have avoided them. They are stiff and hurt my heel after just a few minutes. I will likely return them as I cannot suffer through uncomfortable shoes for an entire day. They are really cute though, so it is a shame.

Scratchy material
" The material used for this shoe is scratchy and not comfortable at all. I would not recommend purchasing online. It would be helpful to try it on in the store. It could just be the way that it fits my feet.

Love this boot!
" This boot is very comfortable. I let my sister try them on and she had to get them! I also love the heel... It is really more of a silver/gray looking color. I have gotten lots of compliments every time that I have worn them. Also, this boot is great for women with skinny calves. I have always had the problem of boots being too big in the calf area, and I do not have that problem with this pair.

Very comfortable pumps
" These are my everyday work pumps, and I would highly recommend them. They are extremely comfortable. I bought them in black and red patent leather. I am able to wear them all day, and my feet do not hurt.

Uncomfortable
" I thought that these heels were very uncomfortable. I love my Bandolino Envia pumps and thought I would like these too. They hurt from the minute I tried them on, so I had to return them.

Stiff and loose upper part of sandal
" The upper part of the sandal that goes around your ankle is not stretchy. It is a stiff rope-like fabric that unfortunately did not fit me. I must have tiny ankles because there was extra room, and it just looked silly. I had to return these. Just an fyi that they are not form-fitting.
