skinny calves & NOT over the knee
" needed to add a note to these boots so gave it a midlevel rating. I was looking for a pair of grey boots so I checked into these. The Fergie site (as well as other sites) list these as 13" calf circumference & 17" high. This will fit thinner calves (not mine) & come no where near the knee for an avg height person. I would at least like to see boots listed as over the knee, that actually go OVER the knee, not several inches below it. Because of the low height & skinny circumference, I am again out to search for grey boots, that are also actually grey. (Most boots listed as grey appear to be dark taupe/AKA brown with a greyish/cool tint vs a warmer brown.) Will not need to find out if these are the right color or not.

good hikers
" I don't remember if these said they were waterproof or not, probably not though I wish they were considering how much flipping rain we get. They are decent for hiking as long as it's not too rocky, otherwise they could use even thicker soles, but I can feel the rocks somewhat thru the bottom of these. Otherwise they fit well & are comfy. If they were waterproof AND thicker sole would've been 5 stars.

painful, narrow
" these shoes are beautiful & might work for a narrow foot, which is the only reason I give it 3 stars. The portion that covers your toe area starts right where (at least on me) my big toe knuckle (?) is, right at the widest part of my foot & pushes right up against that making it painful to stand, I didn't even try to walk in them. I really wanted them because of the color (pink/blk) but unable to stand comfortably meant returning these beauties.

cute but...........
" First off I purchased these from another retailer & they also claimed they were patent leather, which would be real leather that had a patent (shiny) sheen. These are not real leather & for the price they should be. I ordered my normal size & my feet were near crippled by the time I got my foot in, which I could barely do. At a guess I'd have to go a full size up at least to be wearable. They are cute & had they been real patent leather as advertised I would have bought a size up & tried that out. For the price & the fact they are faux, I did not & they were returned.

tough, yet classy
" These boots are knee high baby soft leather in brown with a strap w/bronze studs that wraps around. They are super cute with skirts & dresses with tights. The heel is a good height for comfort. The footbed is not too padded, so I'm not sure if they'd be okay for walking for hours or standing all day. I've worn them once so far, walking around a little & out to dinner & a movie. I bought my normal size of 7.5 & they fit great. They are sharp to look at & have a tough, yet classy vibe.

stylish & comfy
" These boots are cute Moto styled boots in suede. I bought them in red. I love the stud detail & the color is bright & eyecatching. I purchased them in my normal size of 7.5 & they fit perfect. They could use a touch more padding in the footbed but otherwise are perfect, casual & comfortable. I'd give them 4.5 stars.

Very Steampunk looking!
" Saw these in the store & had to get them. The leather is nice & supple. The rubber bottoms are thick enough to have some cushion, unlike some flats where you feel like you're walking on cardboard. I've only walked around in the house in them so far. Not sure if they might rub the back of my heel. Most shoes do unless I wear nylons. They're fun & funky & have a Steampunk vibe. The hardware gives them an edge. I bought my regular size & it seems perfect.

great comfort
" I always wear 7.5 in Bass shoes & this was no exception. I recvd the shoes they fit, they looked totally cute & I wore them to work. They were very comfy standing & walking for most of the day. They did not come off my feet or slide about too much. They looked cute w/pants & I'm hoping to try them w/a dress sometime. Loved the slightly worn, vintagey look of the brown ones.

great leather
" I have these boots in brown & they were pricey (bought at DSW store), so when I saw them in black on clearance for almost 1/2 what I paid for the brown pair, I got these in black as well. I have worn the brown pair & they are comfy, the leather is nice & soft, good quality & they looked super cute on me. I love them. Only wish I had gotten the brown ones at the same price as the black ones. Heel is the perfect height, not too low, not too high. I can't really wear much of a heel normally, but I was okay w/these boots.

super cute!!!
" I saw these & fell in love but went to the store to try them on 1st. Most sandals feel very binding & the straps often cut in on my foot, so I wanted to try them 1st. I walked around in the store & they were very comfy, just pull on the straps a bit to make sure they're hitting in the right spot. They look super cute. I got them in silver & now I want them in red, now that I know they're comfy. I can't wear much of a heel normally but can wear a platform/wedge style as long as the incline from front to back isn't too high. I picked these specifically on the website because they are leather which will be more comfortable & have some give, over other fake leather styles. I did think they were a little pricey but willing to pay a bit more for shoes that are leather & better quality than the cheap fake leather, which does not improve w/age like most leather will.

super cute!
" I was worried that they wouldn't fit because many boots do not pull up & fit over my calves, much less over the knee. But these fit! I can wear these w/tights or lighter weight, tight leggings but not jeans (for me anyway). They pulled all the way up where they are supposed to be, look cute & appear to be very comfortable, although I have not worn them out yet. I love the color & the stud detail. I hoping to match these up w/skirts & dresses.
