Sandal Alternative
" I was looking in store for brown sandals for a trip, but these were the option within my price range and fit well (you have to go with what you find when it's short notice!). I'm normally an 8.5/9 but got these in the 8. They're lighter than the rich brown pictured here, but they work with my skin tone as a summer neutral. Perfect as spring/summer/fall flats and can be worn with dresses, shorts, or pants. In that sense I'll get more wear out of them than I would with sandals. I don't find that the cutouts are irritating my feet (can't feel them) and while there's no arch support, the shoes are comfortable to stand in for long periods of time. The little gold edge visible in the front with the peep toe is fun without being flashy and there's just enough peep to see my polish color (normally not a fan of peep toes). "
